A Place for Spiritual Growth and Understanding

We cannot Keep it Real unless we are intentional and disciplined in our daily lives. Fronting from the
world’s conditioning is so prevalent it will steal the beauty of reality from you if you allow it. Therefore,
of critical importance are the initial conscious thoughts of each day. These initial thoughts set the tone
and direction of the day. Inspirational reading allows us to keep in the beauty of reality. The following
web sites provide just such inspiration. It is recommended you start each day with these readings.

About us

KINRFA started as light-hearted joking amongst friends.

Yo – keep it real, no fronting allowed. It can be said many other ways; keeping it real means your 100%, you’re all in, you’re staying true, and you’re not messing around. No fronting means you’re not bs-ing anyone.

You are not trying to be anyone but yourself.

Now is the time to discover the real you. The you that was created for bliss. The longings of your heart are drawing you into an ocean of beauty. Allow KIRNFA to take you on a trip into this staggering reality. A reality that is stunningly beautiful, powerful, gentle, and altogether on your side. Reality has molded you for greatness. You are on this planet to be spectacular. You always knew there had to be more to
life.

Join us at KIRNFA for this epic odyssey called life.
Reality is eagerly waiting for us to become the royal masters we were meant to be. Reality has provided us with all the energy, intelligence, drive, and motivation we need to claim our noble birthright. We are all
children of the Most High – no fronting allowed. It is time to stop chasing false fire and let the power of this Reality do for us what we could not do for ourselves.

Fronting right now is telling you all this can’t be true; therefore it is not allowed. We will discover
this reality together.

Keep it...

Your recovery starts with insight. An acknowledgment of the need for help.

Humility (teachability) needs to be maintained. A daily routine is essential to keep your recovery rolling.

CS Lewis states it thus;

“That is why the real problem of the Christian (or any spiritual) life comes where people do not usually
look for it. It comes the very moment you wake up each morning. All your wishes and hopes for the day
rush at you like wild animals. And the first job each morning consists simply in shoving them all back; in
listening to that other voice, taking that other point of view, letting that other larger, stronger, quieter
life come flowing in. And so on, all day. Standing back from all your natural fussings and frettings;
coming in out of the wind”

Lewis states it perfectly unless we establish ourselves on higher ground first thing in the day the chances
of us reaching that higher ground later are extremely difficult. There is a higher, stronger, quitter, more
beneficial flow available but we must seek it to keep it. You become what you consistently seek.

Prayers and Contemplations

I have great and precious promises by which I can participate in the divine nature

(Based on 2 Pet 1:3-4) His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our
knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. 4  Through these he has given us his very
great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having
escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.

I am loved

Based on John 17:23 and many others I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.

I am invincible
Based on Isa 54:17 and Psalm 27 No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid? 2  When the wicked came against me To eat [a]  up my flesh, My enemies and foes, They stumbled and fell. 3  Though an army may encamp against me, My heart shall not fear; Though war may rise against me, In this I will be confident.
